1. Introduction
These Terms of Use apply to Praeco websites and services, including
www.praeco.net and search.praeco.net,
together referred to as “Praeco”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
By accessing, browsing, registering for or using Praeco, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the website or services.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, organizations,
researchers, professionals, companies, agencies and any other person or entity using Praeco.
2. About Praeco
Praeco is a free search and discovery platform for circulars, notifications, gazettes,
orders, regulatory updates, press releases, public notices, guidelines, instructions,
decisions and other public information published by government departments, regulators,
agencies, exchanges, statutory bodies, public authorities, international organizations
and other publicly accessible sources across the world.
Praeco uses automated and manual methods, including crawling, scraping, indexing,
extraction, classification, search, linking, tagging, metadata creation and organization,
to collect and arrange publicly available information from third-party websites and
official sources.
Praeco does not create, issue, approve, modify, authenticate, certify, endorse or validate
the underlying circulars, notifications, orders, gazettes, regulatory documents or other
source materials. The original publisher or issuing authority remains responsible for the
content, accuracy, legality, validity, availability, interpretation and effect of such materials.
3. Free Access
Praeco is currently provided free of charge to users. We may add, remove, change,
suspend, restrict or discontinue any feature, functionality, source, country, agency,
category, search tool or service at any time without prior notice.
If paid features are introduced in the future, separate terms may apply and users will
be informed where required by applicable law.
4. No Legal, Tax, Financial or Regulatory Advice
Praeco provides search and information discovery tools only. Content available through
Praeco is for general informational and research purposes only and does not constitute
legal, tax, financial, investment, regulatory, compliance, professional or other advice.
Users should verify important information directly from the original official source and
consult qualified professionals before making decisions, filing documents, advising clients,
taking compliance actions or acting based on any circular, notification, order, gazette,
update, summary, metadata, search result or external link.
5. Publicly Available Sources, Crawling and Third-Party Content
Praeco indexes, references, extracts, summarizes, links to and displays information from
publicly available websites that publish government circulars, notifications, gazettes,
orders, regulatory updates, press releases, public notices, guidelines, instructions,
decisions and similar materials.
These sources may include websites operated by governments, ministries, regulators,
statutory authorities, public bodies, exchanges, agencies, international organizations
and other public or official publishers.
Praeco does not claim ownership over third-party circulars, notifications, gazettes,
orders or other source materials. Such materials remain owned by, controlled by or
attributable to their respective publishers, authorities or rights holders, as applicable.
Praeco’s role is limited to search, discovery, indexing, organization, reference,
classification, alerting, linking and user access facilitation. Praeco is not responsible
for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, validity, authenticity, continued
availability or interpretation of any third-party content.
Where Praeco provides links, snippets, metadata, summaries, categories, translations,
classifications or extracted text, these are provided for convenience only. Users must
refer to the original official source before relying on any information.
If any third-party website changes, removes, restricts, blocks, corrects, republishes,
withdraws or updates content, Praeco is not responsible for any mismatch, delay,
outdated result, broken link, missing document, duplicated result or inconsistency.
If there is any inconsistency between information shown on Praeco and the relevant
official source, the official source shall prevail.
6. Source Website Terms, Robots, Access Restrictions and Takedown Requests
Praeco makes reasonable efforts to collect and index information from publicly available
sources in a lawful and responsible manner. However, source websites are operated by
third parties and may have their own terms of use, copyright notices, access rules,
robots.txt files, technical restrictions, API conditions or content policies.
Praeco may add, remove, suspend, limit, re-index, de-index, recategorize or modify
access to any source, document, agency, country, category or search result at any time
and without prior notice.
Praeco may also remove, restrict or modify indexed content if we believe, in our sole
discretion, that continued indexing, extraction, display, linking or access may create
legal, technical, operational, security, reputational or commercial risk to Praeco.
If you are a rights holder, publisher, authority or website operator and believe that any
content indexed, extracted, summarized, displayed or referenced by Praeco should be
removed, corrected or restricted, please contact us with sufficient details. Praeco may
review such requests but does not guarantee removal unless required by applicable law.
7. User Accounts
Some features may require registration or login. When creating an account, you agree
to provide accurate, complete and current information and to keep your login credentials
secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. You should notify
us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, loss of credentials or any security
breach involving your account.
Praeco may refuse registration, suspend accounts, disable access, remove users or
restrict features where we believe that an account has been misused or may create risk
to Praeco, other users, source websites or third parties.

9. Praeco Database, Index and Search Technology
Although third-party source documents remain attributable to their respective publishers,
Praeco’s database, index, metadata, search ranking, categorization, extraction logic,
user interface, classifications, tags, agency mappings, country mappings, alerts, summaries,
software, design, workflow, compilation methods and organization of information are
proprietary to Praeco or its licensors.

provided such use complies with these Terms and does not involve unauthorized bulk
extraction or redistribution.
10. No Guarantee of Complete Coverage
Praeco aims to make publicly available circulars and regulatory updates easier to discover.
However, Praeco does not guarantee that it covers every country, agency, regulator, circular,
notification, order, gazette, update, amendment, correction, withdrawal, clarification,

Search results may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, duplicated, incorrectly categorized,
mistranslated, unavailable or affected by source website changes, technology limitations,
access restrictions or indexing errors.
Users are responsible for verifying all information from the relevant official source before
relying on it.
11. Search Results, Summaries, Translations and Alerts
Praeco may provide search results, snippets, summaries, translations, classifications,
categories, alerts, dates, agency names, document titles, tags and other metadata.
These are generated or organized for convenience and may contain errors or omissions.
Praeco does not guarantee that any summary, translation, classification, alert or metadata
accurately reflects the full meaning, legal effect, applicability, current status or official
interpretation of the underlying source document.
Users should review the complete official document and consult qualified professionals
before relying on any result, summary, translation or alert.
12. Intellectual Property
Praeco’s website design, branding, logo, software, database structure, index, user interface,
compilation methods, search features, workflow, agency mapping, country mapping and related
materials are owned by Praeco or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Official circulars, notifications, gazettes, orders and third-party materials remain the property
of their respective publishers or are subject to the terms applicable to the relevant official source.
You may use Praeco for personal, professional, research and internal business purposes, subject
to these Terms. No right, title or interest in Praeco’s intellectual property is transferred to you.
13. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, requests for new agencies, country coverage,
corrections, features or improvements, you grant Praeco a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
royalty-free and transferable right to use, modify, implement and commercialize such feedback
without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

professional advice. Users must independently verify information and obtain professional
